Ordering Process Steps :

    1. Place Your Order: Send us your designs or specific requirements. This may involve pictures of dresses, sketches/drawings, or tech packs along with your specific requirements.

   2. Confirmation of Details: We will confirm the choices for fabrics, laces, and other materials. Moreover, we will clarify and validate all details of the products.

   3. Pricing and Invoicing: We will offer the prices and send an invoice to our customers via email.

   4. Deposit Payment: As order confirmation, customers are obligated to send a 50% deposit via PayPal. Once the deposit is received, we will commence the production of the dresses.

   5. Progress Update: When the products are nearly finished, we will send pictures of the products to customers for reference and approval.

   6. Balance Payment: Customers are supposed to send the remaining balance.

   7. Shipment Arrangement: The production lead time is approximately 40 days. Express shipment takes 3 to 5 days. We will arrange the shipment once all payments have been received.
